Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Sus.AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Sus.AI is a party guessing game intended for entertainment purposes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Sus.AI Premium ($3.99) is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all 22 categories and 20 AI-powered games.

Sus.AI Pro ($1.99/month) is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all categories and unlimited AI-powered games, plus new categories as they are added.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

AI-Generated Content

Some game content (questions, local words) is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect. The App is designed for players ages 12 and up.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Sus.AI are the property of Andrew Williams. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
