Sus.AI — The Party Guessing Game

Sus.AI is a party guessing game designed to be fun and private. We collect minimal data and never sell your personal information.
Player Names: Names entered during game setup are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to any server.
Game Data: All game state (categories, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device using standard browser storage and Capacitor Preferences.
AI-Powered Questions: When you play categories that use AI-generated questions, the category name and secret word are sent to our question-generation server. No player names or personal information are included in these requests.
Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID — no personal information is shared.
Anthropic API: AI-generated questions are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Only category names and game words are sent — no personal data. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchase and subscription status. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Apple: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
All game data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Our question-generation server does not log or store requests.
Sus.AI is designed for players ages 12 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
